Inbound Sales Agent

AbelCine is a leading digital cinema and HD technology supplier to the motion picture, broadcast and new media industries. We offer sales, training, rental, repair and finance services to the professional production community with offices in NYC, CHI and LA. Our Los Angeles office is seeking a full time Inbound Sales Agent to join our staff.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, hard working individual to participate in our exciting and fast paced industry.

This position would encompass the following key responsibilities:

  • Answer all Inbound Sales phone calls and facilitate customer needs accordingly
  • Create sales quotes, place new sales orders, and process payment
  • Provide excellent customer service and make sure all customer needs are met
  • Assist Account Managers with inbound sales and quoting
  • Ensure accurate entry of all customer information into Salesforce
  • Follow up on sales console queries
  • Work closely with Customer Service to make sure all inquiries are followed up on
  • Link customer website accounts to Salesforce accounts upon request
  • Approve website pro accounts upon request
  • With the direction of the Sales Account Manager, work on existing quotes, both refining and facilitating movement to the Order Execution Department.
  • Work on special projects, as needed by our Product Strategies team, Sales team, Order Execution team and Customer Service team

Requirements for the successful applicant:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in the video/film industry; Hands on experience with production equipment
  • A core knowledge of cameras, lenses, audio, lighting and accessory products, as well as a broad understanding of our full scope of product offerings
  • A polite, friendly demeanor in order to establish an upbeat and professional rapport with clients
  • Exceptional customer service skills and situation management skills
  • Positive attitude, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
  • Experience with Mac OS Experience with SalesForce is a plus
