We are currently seeking a Branded Merchandise & E-Commerce Coordinator to support one of our clients in their fast-paced Conference and Events Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate with a background in retail or e-commerce who is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about branded merchandise, marketing, and logistics.
This hands-on role will support the day-to-day operations of a high-profile online merchandise store and assist with broader branded merchandise initiatives. Approximately 70% of the role will focus on the online store, with the remaining 30% supporting merchandise-related projects for marketing events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online store logistics: order processing, vendor coordination, and customer service
- Maintain inventory and prepare seasonal sales and merchandise reports
- Handle invoice processing and tracking with appropriate approvals
- Oversee domestic and international shipping coordination with fulfillment partners
- Monitor the online customer experience (site functionality, product listings, etc.)
- Support branded merchandise needs for internal stakeholders and events
- Prepare and manage product samples, event giveaways, and displays
- Coordinate product customization (embroidery, printing, etc.) with NYC-based vendors
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across merchandise initiatives
- Assist with in-person event support and local travel as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- A bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, fashion, business, or related field
- 1–2 years of retail, e-commerce, or merchandising experience (internships and part-time roles count)
- Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail
- Solid communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic order or inventory platforms
- Interest in brand strategy, gifting trends, and event marketing
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs for sample and event support
- Availability for occasional local travel in the NYC tri-state area

- Prolonged standing and walking during on-site events or prep
- Sitting and standing work at a computer, requiring regular use of a monitor
- Manual dexterity and mobility
- Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs
